Terms of service

Work is done by Nightshift Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/678201/07, under a written proposal that states the scope, the fixed price and the acceptance criteria.

Payment is a deposit before work starts and the balance on acceptance; milestones for larger projects are set in the proposal. Prices are quoted in US dollars for firms outside South Africa, and in rand, excluding VAT, for South African firms.

If the delivered system does not do what the proposal and requirements say, the balance is not due. The deposit covers the work already done.

At handover the client owns all code, agents, workflows and accounts created for the project. Thirty days of support are included from the handover date.

Every engagement is governed by the written proposal both parties sign. It sets out the scope, the price, the payment terms, the acceptance criteria, ownership and support. If anything on this page differs from a signed proposal, the proposal applies.

Client data stays in the client's own accounts and is never used to train any model. Access granted to us is withdrawable at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
